  • After the event contract has been signed and paid for, depending on the event package you purchased, you will have exclusive access to our beautifully appointed property and grounds for nine hours on the day of your event. The venue is available three hours before the event for vendor set up. Additional set up or vendor hours can be purchased, if you feel they are necessary.

    Guests are free to explore the entire property, which includes our hydroponic greenhouse, enclosed garden, our floating dock and many other features, the only areas that are off-limits are the main house and the office, unless those areas have been purchased with your event package.

    Valet parking for large events is available.

  • Our venue to is designed to allow you the flexibility of selecting all of your vendors.

  • If you desire to have an open bar, you can purchase this package and hire a licensed and insured company to serve alcohol. You can also purchase wine and beer options or non-alcoholic options.

  • We have a bridal suite with a private dressing area, individual make up stations and en suite restrooms.

    We have a grooms suite with a private dressing area, comfortable chairs, a big screen, TV and a covered patio, which overlooks a large pond with a floating fountain.

  • Planning meetings with your wedding planner, caterer or other vendor/supplier will occur 90 to 120 days in advance of your event. At these meetings, we will discuss your event and set a timeline for your event.

  • Venue rental fees, deposits, and other payments made or scheduled to be made are nonrefundable and non-transferable if you cancel your event.

    We understand that sometimes things happen and if they do, we will do our best to work with our clients to resolve the issue. However, we strongly recommend in addition to purchasing wedding/event liability insurance that they also purchase wedding/event cancellation insurance designed to cover any unexpected changes in their plans. Both of these types of insurance are available from numerous insurance companies at reasonable costs.

  • All reputable outside vendors with proof of liability insurance are allowed. Your wedding or event planner can help you select your vendors or you can select your own vendors. All vendors are subject to approval by The Ritz on Buffalo Creek, so check with us before paying any deposits.

  • Of course, bridal and event pictures can be taken at the venue. 

    Your wedding or event planner can help schedule a photographer and a time.

  • Pets are welcome, but they must be well-behaved and on a leash. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

  • We do not have accommodations on site however, there are several hotels in the area and numerous Airbnb options are available.

  • We currently offer a 10% discount on the venue rental for military veterans, active duty, military, policeman and fireman.

  • The venue has  handicap parking and handicap restrooms.
