We rent the event space only. You’re welcome to bring in your preferred DJ, event planner, bar service, chair and table rentals, and caterer, as long as they’re approved by the venue.

Our pricing is listed on our website. We do not offer bundled “wedding packages”, we only rent the venue space so you can control your own budget with the vendors you choose.

Yes. You may host both your ceremony and reception here at no additional venue fee, and there are separate areas available depending on where you’d like to hold the ceremony.

You can select from approved caterers; we do not provide in-house catering. Guests may not bring their own beer, wine, or liquor, but you can hire a licensed bartender/bar service to provide and serve alcohol. The venue itself does not sell alcohol but works with licensed vendors who can offer bar packages.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due when the contract is signed, another 25% is due six months before the event, and the remaining balance is due three months before the event. Deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and a refundable $500 security deposit is also required. We strongly encourage clients to purchase event cancellation insurance.

Our goal is to host events that will create cherished memories for our guests. We want our guests to enjoy the diverse experiences we have to offer. The property features a modern house design with a 30-foot circular fountain in front of the house and a 15 x 125' back deck lined with a wide variety of plants, vegetables, and flowers, depending on the season.
