We're easily accessible from Rockwall, Sunnyvale, Kaufman, Terrell, and all of DFW. DFW Airport is about 45 minutes away, with multiple hotels and Airbnbs nearby for out-of-town guests.
Yes — and it's one of the things our couples love most. No additional venue fee. We offer three distinct ceremony options: outdoor waterfront by the pond, indoor event center with the gold-leaf staircase, or intimate ceremony in the main house. Switching between spaces is seamless for your guests.
Yes — vendor flexibility is a core part of who we are. Bring your preferred DJ, event planner, florist, and caterer from our approved vendor list. For bar service, a licensed bartender or bar service is required. This approach lets you build the exact team you want and control your total budget.

The venue accommodates up to 160 guests. Complimentary valet parking is available for larger events — a premium touch our guests consistently love. For smaller events, there is ample on-site parking available.
